Our warehouses work hard to despatch orders within 24 hours, and sometimes on the same day as they are placed.

Due to this we are unable to guarantee orders can be cancelled once they have been placed. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible, however orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.
