the wheels on my nanoª don't seem to touch the ground evenlyUpdated a month ago

Have you just unpacked your brand new nanoª travel stroller, and found it may not be fully level at all four corners?

To enable the nanoª to be so compact the wheels can be removed, and potentially reinstalled on the wrong side Ð oops!

We also enable the rear wheels to be folded back to help with packing into the included travel satchel. Sometimes people forget to fully unfold the rear wheels, which can cause the uneven effect Ð oops again!

To help, follow these simple instructions.

Step One

Check that the front wheels are on the correct sides. The warning label should be facing inwards when swivel lock is on.

Step Two

Check the rear wheel housing is in the correct position. There are 2 modes (pushing & packing mode)

Packing Mode Ð the rear wheel housing points down

Pushing Mode Ð the rear wheel housing points backward

Step Three

When you remove the rear wheel after pushing the wheel housing into pushing mode, the circular pin should be clicked right to the end of the opening to ensure it is locked into position (the example below is the left hand side from standing behind the buggy)
