If the packaging appears damaged, please contact your courier and make a claim for reimbursement.
If there are items within the packaging that are damaged, but the external packaging looks ok please contact us via your online order with an image of your damaged item and the packaging for further assistance.
While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll be sure to resolve the situation as best we can!
