Delivery time frames:

All delivery time frames are an estimate only, we cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame due to unforeseen circumstances.

Estimated delivery times from when you place your order are as follows:

• NZ: 3-5 business days. Additional 2 business days for delivery to rural properties.
• Some smaller parts are available to be ordered from our international warehouses if they are not available in New Zealand, delivery times are expected to be approximately 20-30 days.

Freight & handling (Shipping) charges:

• New Zealand: free on all orders NZ$50 and over. Orders under NZ$50 pay NZ$5.
• Some smaller parts are available to be ordered from our international warehouses if they are not available in New Zealand. These carry a special freight charge of NZD$40, and is calculated at checkout.

PO boxes

Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.
